Welcome to Veda’s Life. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via email or phone.

    • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

  2. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice.

    • Payments must be made at the time of service.

  3. Refund Policy

    • Refunds will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)..

    • Change-of-mind refunds are not available, but we may offer rescheduling or store credit where appropriate.

  4. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

    • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Vouchers and promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used beyond their expiry date.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Your well-being is our priority. Please adhere to the following:

  1. Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment.

  2. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, consult your doctor before booking a treatment.

  3. We use natural and organic products, but individual reactions may vary. A patch test can be conducted upon request.

  4. If you feel discomfort during a session, notify your therapist immediately.

  5. Hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Client Consent & Disclaimer

By proceeding with a treatment at Veda’s Life, you confirm that:

  1. You have disclosed any relevant medical history, allergies, or sensitivities.

  2. You understand that Ayurvedic and holistic treatments are complementary therapies and not a replacement for medical care.

  3. You voluntarily assume any risks associated with the service and will not hold Veda’s Life liable for adverse reactions unless caused by negligence.

  4. You agree to follow any post-treatment care instructions provided by your therapist

Service Disclaimer

  1. Our treatments are designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall wellness but do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

  2. Ayurvedic and holistic therapies work best as part of a healthy lifestyle. Individual results may vary.

  3. If you experience any unusual side effects post-treatment, seek medical attention and inform us immediately.

  4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items during your visit.
